Fees

Fees are payable at the time of consultation via EFTPOS, credit card, or online banking. Please note that we are a cashless clinic. If you have difficulty paying our fees, please discuss this with our practice team.

Enrolled Patient Fees

Non-Enrolled (Casual) Patients

• Under 6 years: Free
• 6 to 17 years: $30.00 ($20.00 with CSC)
• 18 years and over: $70.00 ($35.00 with CSC)

New Patient Enrollment & Special Services

• New Patient Deposit: A $20 deposit is required to secure your first appointment. This initial visit is an extended consultation, allowing the doctor to review your health needs and establish a care plan. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee your appointment until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is payable prior to your consultation.
• Travel Consultations: May incur an additional charge of up to $30.00 on top of the standard consultation fee.

Consultation Guidelines

• Standard Consultations (10–15 mins): Fees listed above are a guide. Please note that multiple or complex issues requiring extended time and clinical skill will incur additional charges.
• Additional Charges: Extra fees apply for services provided outside of a consultation, including:
  • Driver’s medicals
  • Referrals and medical letters
  • Phone calls, emails, and MMH replies

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment if you cannot attend. Missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing care. If you do not provide at least two hours’ notice, a $15.00 ‘did-not-attend’ fee will be added to your account.
