This initial visit is an extended consultation, allowing the doctor to review your health needs and establish a care plan. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee your appointment until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is payable prior to your consultation.<\/li><li><strong>Travel Consultations:<\/strong>&nbsp;May incur an additional charge of up to&nbsp;<strong>$30.00<\/strong>&nbsp;on top of the standard consultation fee.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Consultation Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Standard Consultations (10\u201315 mins):<\/strong>&nbsp;Fees listed above are a guide. Please note that multiple or complex issues requiring extended time and clinical skill will incur additional charges.<\/li><li><strong>Additional Charges:<\/strong>&nbsp;Extra fees apply for services provided outside of a consultation, including:<ul><li>Driver\u2019s medicals<\/li><li>Referrals and medical letters<\/li><li>Phone calls, emails, and MMH replies<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please cancel your appointment if you cannot attend.<\/strong>&nbsp;Missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing care.
